Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Five Fifteen Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or high shipping volumes

📍 Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Five Fifteen Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Five Fifteen Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
